Not to rub it in (well, maybe just a little), but I have been blessed. Cottage Grove Kitchen's home town is Green Bay, Wisconsin. I grew up cooking in a Belgian kitchen with my mom and sisters for our family of eleven. I have been taught how to cook in the best traditions, and since wine jelly is very much a part of Wisconsin history it seems appropriate to bring old recipes like these back.

As it would be a shame to allow these recipes to be lost to the ages, it would also be disrespectful to have them mass produced by a faceless commercial production line. Please allow me to present our best attempt to honor this legacy entrusted to us. Also please accept my promise that we will bring only the highest quality ingredients, process, presentation, and care to every spoonful we produce. As we grow, we will bring more of these delights to you, but only when we know our product is exact, perfect, and worthy.
